Scott grew up all over Montana and is an avid lover of the outdoors. He graduated from The University of Montana with two degrees (History and Journalism) and loves to read any history book he can get his hands on. God radically changed his life in December of 1997 and started into full-time ministry "in the year 2000." He helped start a church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (cheese and packer country) and taught sixth grade at a Christian School there as well. He began working with Chi Alpha a year later and became director of UM Chi Alpha in 2002. He feels that university ministry is the most pivotal place in the United States for spreading the good news about Jesus' life and love. "Students have the freedom and vision to radically change the world for Christ, once they discover the life and love of Jesus!!" Other than blabbering about Jesus, his other interests include: writing and playing music (usually on the guitar, but sometimes the drums show up as well), snowboarding in Montana's beautiful mountains, hiding out in coffee shops reading and drinking caramel lattes, watching his 49ers lose every Sunday and eating the Pizza Pipeline lunch special.

Rocky was born in the rainy city of Vacouver, Washington. At the age of 20 he moved to Montana to experience new scenery. Soon thereafter, he encountered God and has never been the same. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2006 with a history degree after what seemed like 8 years of schooling. His heart is to see Christians experience the fullness of God's love and joy.He loves to meet with people and just here about where God is taking them. Rocky is a devout Seattle sports fan, even in rough times.....which is often. Besides sports (which can get depressing), he loves music (classic rock), movies (the Godfather is great), and coffee (nothing beats a perfectly pulled shot of espresso).

Sylvia was born in Boston, Massachusetts and then spent 9 happy years of childhood in Springfield, Missouri. In her junior high years, her family moved back to Boston where her parents have been in ministry for the past 18 years. In 2005, she graduated with a BA in music from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Two years later she walked for a Masters degree in violin pedagogy from Boise State University.

Along the long, winding path of her college career Sylvia lived at 8 different addresses, spent a semester at UM in 2004, worked in the marching band office at BSU, and went twice to Central Europe with the Big Sky Chi Alpha Expeditions team. While she was active as a student leader in the UMass Boston chapter of Campus Crusade for Christ, this is her first year on staff as a part-time missionary aide with Chi Alpha at UM.

Sylvia is passionate about life in God and God in all aspects of life, and especially loves to help others discover the place God has for them in His family. Other stuff she enjoys: music, violin, photography, scrapbooking, hiking, baking, art, reading, snow days, blogging, teaching, and a good cup of mocha.
